Colonial & Louvre Window clean
25% - 50%
Colonial & Louvre windows take a great deal more time to get right, so I add a 25% - 50% surcharge depending on the size of the panels and proportion of the house
Builders WINDOW Clean

Just been built? depending on the builders, painters and renders, your new windows might look like a Jackson Pollock painting!
Its no easy task to remove cement, render, paint, glue, silicon etc. It takes time, patience and skill.
Choose the wrong person and those new windows could be damaged forever.

In 9 out 10 jobs the price guide is the final price. Occasionally a property might be significantly larger or smaller than anticipated. On these occasions the quote may fluctuate from this guide, which I would note prior to commencement.
