Wiped with a lightly soaped towel & cobwebs removed.
Flyscreens
Removed, wiped with a lightly soaped towel, and reinstalled once complete. Results vary depending on condition.
External Screen Door
Rinsed with a water-fed brush, where practical or wiped with a lightly soaped towel.
Internal Screen Door
Wiped with a lightly soaped towel.

Vacuum debris, remove cobwebs, and wipe with a lightly soaped towel.

In 9 out 10 jobs the price guide is the final price. Occasionally a property might be significantly larger or smaller than anticipated. On these occasions the quote may fluctuate from this guide, which I would note prior to commencement.
